I liked this particular item because it will look good on my husband’s bedside table. And here’s my review: The site itself has a lot of gifts that can be personalized with etching, etc. I felt like there were more gifts for men than there were woman on the site, but since I was looking for something for my husband for Father’s Day I thought it was great! They created a really nice product that was personalized with his name and monogram. It will be a great item for him to carry his coffee in the morning to work. The item came quickly and service was top notch! I highly recommend this company.

Just got another personalized gift set from an awesome company providing gifts for Groomsmen and more! Groomsday.com sent me a lovely wooden boxed engraved with my husband’s name and in it was a personalized pair of cuff links, a tie tack and a money clip. Mike lost his tie clip last Summer while DJing a wedding so this is an awesome gift set for him! On top of it they included a pair of argyle socks with a personalized wrapper which just sort of finished off the gift… I chose to put my husband’s name and “Dad of The Year” on it since Father’s Day is just around the corner, but these would be great to buy each of your groomsmen and personalize with their names, role in your wedding and the date! The bag is nicely made, comes in a variety of different colors and has a lovely tassel on the zipper. Super cute! For the bridesmaids: Put in a lip gloss, a nice lotion set, maybe a pair of flip-flops for when the dancing starts, some tissues, mints and maybe a cold brew coffee or other caffeinated drink as it’s going to be a long day!
For the bride: Fill it with bridal emergency kit items and you have the perfect accessory for her big day! Need some ideas on what to include for an emergency kit here’s my go to list: 1.) A Tide Pen – for any spills or stains 2.) A small sewing kit – for wardrobe malfunctions 3.) Super glue – I’ve seen this save many a heals on shoes and even boutinears! 4.) Just got my personalized wine tumbler from Bride Bop – https://bridebop.com This wine tumbler is a vacuum insulated stemless wine glass that’s perfect for keeping your drinks chilled up to 12 hours! It’s dishwasher safe and also great for hot drinks too! Bride Bop contacted me to see if I wanted to try out one of their products and review it. I chose this wine tumbler because not only do I love wine, but I thought it would be the perfect cup to hold other beverages in (as well as wine) while I’m in our pool this Summer. I was asked to review some wedding related products again. This time it’s gifts for your guests! After attending countless weddings as a photographer and a videographer I’ve become a strong believer that if you are going to do wedding favors than do something that the guests are not going to leave behind! I’m pleased to say that all of the seven items that were sent to me to review are something that I would actually like as a wedding favor and will be an item that will get continued use in my household long after this review. 1.) Typewriter Key Magnets – The first item I checked out were these adorable “Typewriter Key Magnets” I loved the packaging that they came in and of course that they spelled out the word “LOVE”. These will definitely have a spot on my refrigerator. I can totally see a couple that has a “Vintage or Boho Wedding Theme” ordering these for their guests. Adorable!
2.) Tie the Knot Wine Stopper – Next up was the Tie the Knot wine stopper…. Great item for the wine enthusiast. I liked the packaging that it came in and what doesn’t go together better than love and wine? Again, I love wine so this is something that I would use in my home on a regular basis because it’s always difficult to get the cork back in the bottle and they are making so many wines now without corks. A cute, but practical gift!
3.) Hugging Bear Shakers – These adorable bears were my favorite item that was sent to me. They were super cute, but also super small so I’m not sure if they are more of a collector’s item than an actual usable household item. Because they are so cute I’m willing to try them out, especially since I think we have the old cardboard salt and pepper shakers in my house!
4.) Wine Bottle Corkscrew – Keeping with a wine theme this corkscrew is also great for wine lovers and who doesn’t need an extra wine corkscrew in their homes?! If you were having a “Wine Themed” event these would be the perfect gift for all of your guests.
5.) Mini Bubble Gum Machine – Now this one was my youngest son’s favorite item… I wonder why?! It’s a little on the kitschy side for a formal event, but would make a great favor for a kid’s table, or a more laid back, fun themed wedding or even as a favor for guests at a birthday party! I tasted the gum and it wasn’t the best gum I’ve ever had, but the item worked and was again very adorable. My 3 year old gave it two thumbs up! I’ll probably have to refill it soon!
6.) Brass Compass – A very nice inexpensive compass that my oldest son really enjoyed. He ran around the house and played with it all day pretending to be an explorer. It would be a nice thing to have hiking as well. Perfect gift for a “Travel or Adventure Themed Wedding” I’ve seen a lot of weddings in Colorado where this wedding favor would’ve been a perfect fit. Colorado seems to attract the adventurous and thus couple’s who enjoy the great outdoors. Hopefully, I will see some of these at a wedding soon!
7.) Four Heart Wedding Frames – The last item I’m reviewing is a package of four heart wedding frames. These are small and fit a wallet sized 2″x3″ photo. I decided to stick some of my own wedding photos in them to see how they would look… I think these would be great with engagement photos of the couple put in them for each guest to take home. Another idea would be to use them for your table numbers or they are small enough that you could also use them for names as place settings and then each person would still have a frame to take home and put their own photograph in.

I was so impressed with the gift that I received for my husband that I decided I would love a wallet of my own and agreed to write another review for them. I’m equally impressed with the quality of the item as I was with the first wallet I received. It came with a beautiful monogram of my initials on the front and was presented in a sheer gift bag.
The inside of the wallet has more than enough room for all of my credit cards, money and more. I like that it also zips and buttons up preventing me from losing any of the items that I would place in it, which was definitely a problem that I had with my old wallet that didn’t always close correctly. There’s also a handy wrist strap which is nice for carrying the clutch when you don’t feel like lugging your entire purse along.

For the first time ever I was contacted by a company that wanted me to review one of the products that they offer through their website https://www.groovyguygifts.com/on my blog, so I said sure, why not, and they gave me a list of items that I could choose from. I decided on a personalized wallet for my husband since he already has a lot of the typical alcohol related items that are on their site. The gift arrived a short time after that addressed to me and in fact it came in quicker than I got around to making this blog post! So very quick delivery times!
The first thing I noticed right away is the craftsmanship of the wallet that I received. It came in a very nice wooden box engraved with my husband’s first name which will be a nice place for him to put his wallet at the end of the day since he’s always misplacing his wallet. The wallet itself is made of a very nice high quality soft black leather with plenty of room for all his cards and other items that he carries on his person. They also imprinted his first and last name on the front of the wallet which will be great if he ever looses it again and it’s also a nice touch!
Checking out the rest of their site they also have a lot of really great items for groomsmen gifts that are not only affordable, but the ability to personalize each item is also an added bonus! There are also some really great items for wedding favors such as wine keys and beer bottle openers and things that would also work well for holiday and birthday gifts for your man too!
